Account data: Name, email address, and password hash when you register.
Home data: Home address, type, year built, rooms, assets, and maintenance records you enter.
Usage data: Pages visited and feature usage via Google Analytics/GTM. No PII is sent to analytics.
Payment data: Processed by Square. We never see or store your credit card number.
Your home data generates maintenance schedules, calculates health scores, and provides weather/recall alerts. We do not sell or share your personal data.
All data transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. JWT tokens expire after 15 minutes with single-use refresh rotation.
We use: Google Tag Manager (analytics), Square (payments), NWS API (weather), CPSC API (recalls).
Your data is retained while your account is active. Delete your account from Settings to remove all data.
You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time. Contact support@honeydotracker.com for requests.
