Check the file
- Size: 10 MB maximum. Compress large PDFs or re-export photos at a lower resolution.
- Format: PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, WEBP, DOC, DOCX, or TXT. HEIC photos from iPhone must be converted to JPG first.
Check your plan limit
Free accounts are capped at 5 documents per home. If you're at the limit:
- Delete any documents you no longer need.
- Or upgrade to Premium or Pro for unlimited storage.
Still failing?
Try a different browser or an incognito window — browser extensions occasionally interfere with file uploads. If it still fails, contact support with the file name and the error message you see.
