What generates
When you generate a schedule, we pull from a library of maintenance templates filtered by:
- Home type (single family, condo, townhouse, etc.)
- Home age — older homes include additional checks (chimney, older-plumbing inspection, etc.)
- Your climate zone — hot/cold regions get different HVAC and winterization tasks
- Registered appliances — only generate filter-change tasks for appliances you actually have
The typical result is a schedule of 40–50 recurring tasks spread across the calendar year.
Free-plan starter schedule
Free accounts get a curated starter set of 6 tasks — enough to demonstrate the rhythm. The full generated schedule requires Premium.
Generate or regenerate
- Open Schedule.
- Click Generate schedule.
- Preview the tasks. Unchecking any you don't want is fine — nothing locks in until you confirm.
- Click Save.
Running generation a second time will skip tasks already on your schedule and only add new ones.
Customize individual tasks
From any task detail page you can change the due date, recurrence cadence, priority, assignee, or pause the recurrence altogether. Pausing stops future auto-recurrence without deleting historical completions.
