1. Check the property switcher
The dashboard always scopes to one home at a time. Look at the property switcher at the top of the sidebar and confirm the right home is selected. Tasks belong to a specific home — switching reveals a different task list.
2. Check whether a schedule has been generated
If you're on Premium/Pro, open Schedule. If it's empty, click Generate schedule. Free accounts see only 6 starter tasks — see how schedules work.
3. Check your filters
The Tasks view remembers filters between visits. Clear any status/priority/category filters to rule out a filtered view hiding everything.
4. Just added a home?
Schedule generation is on-demand — new homes don't auto-generate. Click Generate schedule from the Schedule page after you finish home setup.
Still missing?
Do a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R). If tasks still don't appear, contact support and include the home name and the sign-in email on the account.
