Plan limits

  • Free: no household members.
  • Premium: up to 2 members per home.
  • Pro: unlimited.

Send an invite

  1. Open Home settings → Household.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the person's email and pick a role:
    • Editor — can add/edit/complete tasks and update home settings.
    • Viewer — read-only access to everything in the home.
  4. Send. They'll receive an email with a unique invite link.

Accepting an invite

The invitee clicks the link in their email. If they're already signed in, the home appears in their property switcher instantly. If they don't have an account yet, they're prompted to create one first — the invite still attaches automatically.

Removing a member

Only the home owner can remove a member. Go to Household, find the member, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately — completed tasks and notes remain attributed to them historically.
