Step 1 — Confirm the email you registered with
HoneyDo Tracker accounts are keyed to your email address. If you signed up with Google, your account lives under your Google account email — not a separately chosen one.
Try the email you use for your primary inbox first, then any alternates.
Step 2 — Use the right sign-in method
- If you registered with email + password, enter both on the sign-in page.
- If you registered with Google, click Sign in with Google instead — your account has no password set.
Step 3 — Reset your password
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?
- Enter your email and submit.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message from HoneyDo Tracker. The reset link is valid for 1 hour.
- Click the link, set a new password (8+ characters), and confirm.
Still locked out?
If the reset email never arrives after 10 minutes, try requesting it one more time. For privacy reasons, we show the same confirmation message whether the email exists or not — so a missing email can also mean the account is registered under a different address.
