Before you delete
This cannot be undone. We do not maintain a grace period or recovery window after account deletion. Export anything you want to keep before continuing.
- Download any documents you've uploaded.
- Take screenshots of dashboards or reports you care about.
- If you're on Premium or Pro, cancel your subscription first so you aren't billed on your next cycle.
Delete from the app
- Open Settings → Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
All associated homes, tasks, assets, documents, and notification history are removed. Household members you invited lose access to those homes at the same time.
Google sign-in accounts
If you signed up with Google and never set a password, use Change password first to set one — then proceed with deletion.
