How to cancel

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no prorated refund, but no further charges either. You'll see the end date displayed on the Billing screen.

What happens to my data

Your account, homes, tasks, documents, and history are all preserved. You drop to the Free tier at period end — if you're over the free-plan caps (more than 1 home, 15 assets, or 5 documents per home), the data remains but becomes read-only until you're under the limits or upgrade again.

Resuming

Resubscribe any time from Settings → Billing. Your data is exactly where you left it.

Refunds

For refund requests outside the normal cancellation flow, contact support with your account email and the reason. Refund eligibility follows our terms of service.
