Upgrade from Free

  1. Open Settings → Billing (or click any Upgrade prompt in the app).
  2. Choose Premium or Pro and monthly or annual.
  3. Enter your card details in the Square checkout.
  4. Click Subscribe.

Your tier updates immediately and the new features unlock on the next page load.

Switching between Premium and Pro

Same Settings → Billing screen. Click Change plan and pick the new tier. Square handles proration — you're only charged the difference for the remainder of your current period.

Monthly vs. annual

Annual billing offers a discount vs. monthly. You can switch at any time; proration applies.

Payment issues

If a card is declined, Square retries briefly and we'll email you. You won't lose data — your account stays active through the current period and drops to Free if payment isn't resolved.
