Add an asset
- Click Add asset on the Appliances screen.
- Enter a name and pick a category (HVAC, plumbing, appliance, electrical, exterior, etc.).
- Optional but valuable: brand, model, serial number, install/purchase date, expected lifespan, warranty expiration, and a photo.
Brand + model is what enables CPSC recall matching. Enter them when you can.
Bulk import during home setup
If you're still onboarding, the property setup wizard lets you check off common appliances in bulk (washer/dryer, water heater, furnace, AC, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) and imports them in one pass.
Lifespan tracking
If you set install date and expected lifespan, we calculate how much service life remains and factor that into your health score. Appliances nearing end-of-life are flagged for planning ahead.
Plan limits
Free accounts can register up to 15 assets. Premium and Pro are unlimited.
