1. Add your home
On the dashboard, click Add home. Enter a name (e.g. "Main house") and the full street address. We geocode the address to pull your climate zone and radon zone automatically — this is what makes your maintenance schedule and weather alerts accurate.

2. Add a few appliances
Click Add asset and enter your most important appliances first: HVAC, water heater, refrigerator, washer/dryer. Brand + model unlocks automatic CPSC recall alerts.
Free accounts can register up to 15 assets.
3. Turn on notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications and enable the alerts you want: task reminders, weather alerts, recall alerts. Browser push notifications can be added at the same time.
4. Upgrade if you want the full schedule
